These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply when you use the CoinTag website, web application and mobile applications (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of the Services

CoinTag provides a map and directory of physical locations, e-shops and ATMs that accept cryptocurrencies (e.g. Bitcoin, Lightning, Ethereum). The data is sourced from community contributions and third-party sources (e.g. BTCMap). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information. Use the map and listings for general orientation only; always verify opening hours, payment options and other details with the venue or shop.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services only in a lawful way. You must not:

• Use the Services to harm, harass or violate the rights of others.
• Submit false, misleading or illegal content (including in “Suggest edit” or photo uploads).
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights (e.g. only upload photos you are allowed to use).
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
• Use automated means (scraping, bots) in a way that overloads or disrupts the Services, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

4. “Suggest edit” and contributions

When you submit a suggestion (name, address, notes, photo), you confirm that:

• The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You have the right to submit any photo (you took it or have permission to use it).
• You do not hold us liable for how we use, display or moderate your contribution.

We may accept, reject or modify suggestions at our discretion. We are not obliged to publish any submission.

5. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the map or data are error-free, complete or up to date. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the information shown (e.g. visiting a place, making a purchase). Liability for damages is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law (e.g. Czech law for consumers). We are not responsible for the conduct of venues, e-shops or third-party sites linked from CoinTag.

6. Intellectual property

CoinTag’s branding, design and original content are ours or our licensors’. Map and place data may come from community or third-party sources (e.g. BTCMap) under their respective terms. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use in line with these Terms.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood it.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may change these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
