This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use the CoinTag website, web app and mobile applications. We process data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Czech law (Act No. 110/2019 Sb., on personal data processing).

2. What data we process and why

We use Google Fonts on the website. When you load our pages, your browser may request fonts from Google’s servers (USA). Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. We do not send personal data to Google beyond what your browser does when loading the page.
If you use the Supabase-backed features (e.g. photo upload for suggestions), data you submit is processed by Supabase (EU). Their terms and privacy policy apply: supabase.com/privacy.
3. Who may receive your data
We may use service providers (hosting, fonts, database) that process data on our behalf. We choose providers that offer adequate safeguards. We do not sell your data. Data may be transferred outside the EEA (e.g. Google Fonts in the USA); in such cases we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
4. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access — obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and a copy of that data.
- Rectification — have inaccurate data corrected.
- Erasure — have your data deleted in cases allowed by law.
- Restriction — request that we limit processing in certain situations.
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format where applicable.
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
- Complain — lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ), uoou.gov.cz.

5. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, in line with the nature and scope of the processing.
6. Children
Our services are not aimed at children under 15. If you are under 15, please use the app only with parental consent. For services of the information society, consent in the Czech Republic may be given by a child from 15 years of age (Act No. 110/2019 Sb.).
7. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
